Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. We don't have any unusual activities this week, so this should be fairly short. However, our meet this week is a tri-meet, so there are a couple of things that will be different from a normal dual meet. I will get into those changes below. 

Other than the meet, please mark your attendance for our Kings Island Team Trip ASAP. We want everyone to be included that wants to attend, but we need to order tickets this week. MEET @Hartland, vs Mt. Sterling (4910 Hartland Parkway, Lexington, KY)

Warm Up and Start Times are different than a normal dual meet. Please pay attention to those and plan accordingly.

DIVE

• Arrive- 1:15p
• Warm Up- 1:30p
• Volunteers' Meeting- 2:15p
• Meet Start- 2:30p

Swim

• Arrive- 4:30p
• Warm Up- 4:50p
• Volunteers' Meeting- 5:15p
• Meet Start- 5:30p

Other notes for the meet...

• Food Trucks will be on site and water/gatorade will be sold on deck (CASH IS KING).
• Heat Sheets will not be sold. I will send out the heat sheet once I receive it. You are welcome to print it and bring it to the meet. They will provide heat sheets for volunteers ONLY.
• Parking will fill up. Their only request is to not park in the clubhouse front parking lot. That area is reserved for the food trucks. You are welcome to park on nearby neighborhood streets once the parking lot fills up.
