    Volunteer Policy

Please read and familiarize yourself with our Volunteer Policy for this season. The specifics of this year's policy were determined based on our volunteer needs and number of families from last season. This is only for families that have at least 1 Meet-Ready Gator at the start of the season. Mini Gators that move up to our Meet-Ready Group will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • Volunteer Positions will be broken down into 3 shifts at each meet: Dive Meet, 1st Half of Swim Meet, 2nd Half of Swim Meet.
    • Each family needs to work 4 shirts throughout the season. If your child attends conference, one of those 4 shifts must occur at the conference meet.
    • Failure to meet the volunteer requirement will result in a $75 fine per shift missed (example: if you worked 3 shifts, the fine would be $75; if you worked 1 shift, the fine would be $225).
    • Fines will be charged to your club account at the end of the season.
