Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. We have quite a busy schedule this week, so please read this entire email to stay up-to-date with all things IHCC Gators.

Practice Attire and Equipment (ASAP)

Now that we are starting morning practices, we'd like all of our swimmers to have the proper attire and equipment. That includes.

• Appropriate suit (no bikinis, swim trunks, etc.).
• Swim Cap (ask a coach if you need one)
• Goggles
• Kickboard (if you need one, those can be found on our team store by CLICKING HERE)

Mini Gators Start (6/3 & 6/4)

This week marks the start of our Mini Gators groups. Our Monday/Thursday group will have their first practice today from 12:00p-12:30p. Our Tuesday/Friday group will have their first practice tomorrow from 12:00p-12:30p.

Meet vs Mt. Sterling (6/5)

Our first meet is this Wednesday. Thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer. We will have a volunteer check-in at the scorers table. Please be sure to sign-in so you can receive credit for working. The timeline (weather permitting) will go as follows. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THE MEET HAS BEEN CANCELED/DELAYED AND LEAVE THE POOL. WE WILL ALWAYS UPDATE EVERYONE AS WE GET CLOSER.

  • Arrive- 1:45p
  • Warm Up- 2:00p
  • Meet- 3:00p
• Swim
  • Arrive- 4:15p
  • Warm Up- 4:30p
  • Meet- 5:30p

Picture Day (6/6)

We will have our picture day this Thursday at the club. This is for all team members, both Meet-Ready Gators and Mini Gators. Please wear your team suit (or a dark/neutral colored suit). We need everyone at the pool no later than 9:45a so we can line your kids up. Pictures will work very similar to last year. There will be the option for individual/sibling pictures. Please do not get in line if you do not plan on ordering, we do not want to waste the photographer's time. Picture packages will range from $35-$70 and we will have order forms at the pool on Thursday. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo.

Entry Deadline for Meet vs Danville (6/9)

The entry deadline for our meet next Wednesday (6/12) at home vs Danville is this Sunday, June 9th at 5p. Please mark your attendance status ASAP (even if you plan on not coming, please mark it). Also, please sign up to volunteer if you have not already.

Kings Island Team Trip (6/13)

Thank you to everyone who signed up for the Kings Island Team Trip. We will be sending out food order forms later this week, so please keep an eye out for that email.
