Kings Island Itinerary and Details

Hello Families,

As we prepare for our Kings Island Team Trip this week, we wanted to go over some details related to the trip.

  1. The trip itinerary will be attached to this email. Times are estimated, but we are going to stick to the schedule as close as possible. Everyone must be at Idle Hour on June 13th by 8:30a so we can depart on time. We are scheduled to arrive back at Idle Hour at approx. 9:30p, but that is subject to change.
  2. Below are our list of Chaperones. Thank you to those that have signed up to chaperone. If your name is not on this list and you believe it should be, please let a coach know ASAP.

  3. Notes for the trip.
    • Kings Island is now cashless. Please plan accordingly (Venmo/send cash with Chaperones). We will send out groups/chaperones tomorrow.
    • Please eat breakfast before you arrive at Idle Hour.
    • Wear your team shirt, comfortable shorts, and closed toed shoes.
    • Bring a drawstring bag with the following:
      • Sunglasses/Hat
      • Sunscreen
      • Money for snacks/drinks or games inside the park
      • Refillable water bottle
      • Towel or a change of clothes if you decide to ride a water ride (can be left on the bus)
      • Any medicine your child may need during the trip.
    • Chaperones will drive themselves or carpool to and from the park.
  4. Below are the costs for kids and chaperones. Reminder that chaperones will need to transport themselves to and from Kings Island. The total cost for your family will be charged to your IHCC account before the end of the season.
    • Kids: $130/kid
      • Includes ticket, lunch, dinner, transportation.
    • Chaperones: $70/chaperone
      • Includes ticket, lunch, dinner.
