I hope everyone is doing well. We have a busy week ahead, so please read this email to stay up-to-date with all things IHCC Gators.

Last Week of Mini Gators (This Week)

This week will be the last organized week of Mini Gators for the summer. Our Monday/Thursday Group's last practice will be Monday, July 1st from 12:00p-12:30p. Our Tuesday/Friday Group's last practice will be Friday, July 5th from 12:00p-12:30p. If you'd like for your child to continue in the water past our season's end, please contact a coach for private lessons.

Conference Pasta Party/Spirit Night Sign Up Deadline (7/1)

We will be having a pasta party for our Conference Swimmers and Divers on Saturday, July 6th from 6p-8p at the club. Please RSVP by Monday, July 1st at 5p. CLICK HERE to RSVP.

Meet @ Arlington (7/3)

Thank you to those who are making the trip to Richmond on Wednesday. Directions to Arlington can be found by CLICKING HERE. Jobs for the meet Wednesday can be found by CLICKING HERE. Reminder about our Volunteer Policy. CLICK HERE to read our reminder email about the policy that was sent out yesterday. The schedule for our meet Wednesday has been moved up 30 minutes so we can get everyone home early for the holiday. Please see the schedule below.

A couple of things specific to Arlington so we can be prepared for our meet.

1. Arlington recommends we bring bag chairs, blankets, and pop up tents for our team area. Not required, but would be helpful.
2. Cash Only for any concession items.
3. They do not plan to take a break after backstroke. If you are working the second half of the meet, we need to be prepared to swap with your first half volunteer during the meet.
4. Our designated parking area is the large lot next to the golf course and Mule Barn. Please see directions relating to entering the property below.
5. Arlington has 2 entrances located on Lexington Road. If coming off of I-75S Exit 90A (I assume most, if not everyone will be), the 2 entrances will be on the right-hand side of the road. Please do not use the first entrance, that will be blocked off for Arlington Parking. Please go to the second entrance which will take you to our team's designated parking area (it may look like a one-way exit, but it is a 2 way road and the entrance we need to use).

NO PRACTICE - INDEPENDENCE DAY (7/4)

There will be no practice (no Mini Gators either) on Thursday, July 4th. Enjoy the holiday and we will resume normal practice on Friday, July 5th.

Conference Pasta Party/Spirit Night (7/6)

Conference swimmers, divers, and their families are welcome to join us at the club on Saturday, July 6th from 6p-8p for a meal and fun before our Conference Meet next week! Hope to have a great turn out!

Team Banquet Sign Up Deadline (7/7)

All Team Members (Mini Gators included) and their families are invited to celebrate our season at our team banquet on Thursday, July 11th. Please RSVP by Sunday, July 7th at 5p. CLICK HERE to RSVP.

Conference Prep Practice (7/7)

We will have a short practice on Sunday, July 11th starting at 5p. This is a great chance to work on starts, turns, finishes, etc. one last time before our big meet. The coaches highly recommend attending this practice.

Conference Theme for Swim Finals (7/10)

Our theme for Swim Finals at this year's Conference Meet will be Western. In the next couple of days, we will send more info out about Conference. Please keep an eye on your email for that.
