Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well and is excited for another fun-filled season with the Gators. We wanted to send out our registration link, as well as some info for the upcoming season.

Team Registration

Registration is now open. It can be found HERE. This registration is for both Meet-Ready Gators, as well as our Mini Gators. For our returning families, log into your SwimTopia account and some info should be pre-filled for you.

Team T-Shirts and Hats will be available for families to purchase (kids will receive a complimentary t-shirt for being on the team). We are still awaiting the final proof for the hats. Once we have that, we will send it out and take hat orders at that time. T-Shirts can be ordered on the registration.

Conference Meet

The 2025 CKSDC Championships will be July 13-16, 2025 at Spindletop. Please make an effort to be there. We cannot sustain our recent success if we don't have spectacular attendance at this meet. Once you complete registration, you can sign up for Conference HERE.

We have entered all practices, meets, events, and activities on our team Google Calendar. You can find that HERE on our website. Feel free to subscribe so you can stay up-to-date on all things IHCC Gators.

Coaching Staff: New Addition

We are so excited to be bringing back all 7 of our coaches from last summer. We can't wait to be back on deck again with everyone. In addition to our returning coaches, we are excited to welcome Cooper Tyler to the staff.

Cooper, a KY native, will graduate from the University of Kentucky in May 2025 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, with a Pre-Dental focus. He will be starting at UK College of Dentistry this fall in pursuit of his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).

While an undergrad at UK, Cooper was a member of the Men's Swim Team, a brother and executive member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, Vice President of the Interfraternity Council, and an Executive Member of the Pre-Dental Society.

Having grown up in Louisville, Cooper began swimming at age 3 for Blairwood, and spent the majority of his career swimming for the Lakeside Seahawks. In high school, he was a 4x State Champion and a multi-year captain of St. Xavier, with whom he won the High School National Championship in 2021.

Cooper is a huge golfer, a big car guy, and ultimately just loves spending time with his friends. In high school, he was previously a coach at Louisville's Audubon Country Club. Coaching brings him so much joy, and he is excited to embark on this journey and meet the Idle Hour family. Go Gators!!!
