I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to share some info as our season gets into full swing.

Weekly Update Emails

Please be on the lookout for an email from us every Sunday or Monday of our season. We use these to communicate upcoming events and activities. This is one of the best ways to stay up to date with our team.

Practice Schedule This Week

We are continuing our afternoon practice schedule on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Meet-Ready Gators can come to swim practice at 4p or 5p (whichever works best for your schedule) and dive practice at 5p. Mini Gators

As I mentioned above, we will start our normal morning schedule this Friday, May 30th. Our Tuesday/Friday Mini Gators will have their first practice that day from 12p-12:30p. Our Monday/Thursday Mini Gators will have their first practice on Monday, June 2nd from 12p-12:30p. If you are unsure of which group your child is in, please reach out.

Officials Training

We are still looking for parents to volunteer as Dive Judges and Stroke & Turn Officials. We cannot put our meets on without these volunteers. For Stroke & Turn Officials, there is an online video clinic that you can watch anytime, as well as a Q&A session on Thursday, May 29th starting at 7p. I will send out the zoom link for the Q&A session when its available. For Dive Judges, there is an in-person clinic on Monday, June 2nd at LCC. This is mandatory every year for Dive Judges. Please note that both of these volunteer positions are worth 2 shifts (4 shifts need to fulfill each family's volunteer requirement) each time you judge/officiate.

IHCC @ Danville (6/4/25)

Our first meet is a week from Wednesday. Please CLICK HERE and mark your child's attendance status ASAP. It is extremely difficult (especially as the visiting team) to enter someone into a meet if they miss the attendance deadline and we want to ensure all kids can participate. Also, we have posted the volunteer positions on our website. CLICK HERE to sign up as a volunteer.
