Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. We are so excited to get our season underway next week. With that in mind I wanted to share a few things with everyone.

Weekly Update Emails & Google Calendar

I will send out an email at the beginning of each week in this format to go over upcoming events and deadlines for our team. All of our events can be found on our team's Google Calendar HERE. Be sure to subscribe to stay up-to-date on all of our events.

Practice Schedule for May 18th - May 22nd

Next week's practices will all be in the afternoon due to school being in session. This is for our Meet-Ready Gators. There is a 4:00p and 5:00p option for swim, and a 5:00p option for dive. Next week's practices will run at these times Monday-Thursday, with Friday afternoon off for a long Memorial Day weekend.

Construction at the Summerhouse

The club is continuing to upgrade the summerhouse. As far as I'm aware, the locker rooms are closed at this time. Please make preparations for that as we begin practice next week.

Dive Team

I will say this every week of the season, please encourage your kids to join the dive team! We want to have a huge dive team and we want as many kids to participate as possible. It will help our chances in our meets, and it's another fun activity for your kids to do.

2026 Conference Meet

MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW! The 2026 Conference Meet will be July 12th-15th. This is the meet our whole season leads up to, and WE NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK here. Please make an effort to be there.

Swim Officials

We are in need of swim officials for this season. If you'd like to volunteer as an official, there is a virtual certification clinic on May 28th. Recordings of this clinic are also available if you are unable to make it. We cannot put on our meets with volunteers, and this is one way you are able to contribute to our team.

Kickboards at Practice

Our coaching staff would like to start incorporating kickboards into our practices for our Meet-Ready Gators. If you are in need of a kickboard, they are available on our team store HERE.
