Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. We are excited to get back in the pool this week, and wanted to share some info about some upcoming events.

Mini Gators Groups

The Mini Gators Groups have been posted HERE on our website. Our Monday/Thursday Group will have their first practice on Thursday, June 4th, and our Tuesday/Friday Group will have their first practice on Friday, June 5th. Full season calendars for our Monday/Thursday Group and Tuesday/Friday Group can be found on our website.

Practice Schedule for the Next 2 Weeks

Our practice schedule is a little funny these next couple of weeks, so here is a breakdown. This info, and our full Meet-Ready Team Calendar, can be found HERE on our website. Also, please continue to bring kickboards to all practices.

• 5/26-5/28: Meet-Ready Gators Only in the afternoons, with 6 & Unders preferred at 5p (same as last week).
• 5/29: Meet-Ready Gators Only in the morning. Our SWIM and DIVE Morning Practice Schedules are posted on our website.
• 6/1-6/2: Meet-Ready Gators Only in the morning. FCPS is still in school on those days. If you are in school and need an afternoon option, please text Coach Trent before the end of this week.
• 6/3: No Practice due to home meet (more on that below)
• 6/4: Picture Day. Everyone (including Mini Gators) need to arrive at 9:45a. We will get a team photo, have gameday for our Meet-Ready kids, and have our first Mini Gators practice for our Monday/Thursday Group.
• 6/5: Normal Morning Practice Schedule for our Meet-Ready kids. Tuesday/Friday Mini Gators will have their first practice starting at noon.

Officials Clinic on Thursday

We have the annual Stroke & Turn Officials clinic coming up this Thursday. We will send out a zoom link for the clinic as soon as we have it. You may also watch a recorded version at a later date to become certified. Please consider becoming certified, we cannot put on our meets without officials.

Upcoming Events & Attendance Deadlines

Here are some of our upcoming events, and their respective attendance deadlines. As always, please sign up ASAP (even if you are not attending, please mark that online). With all of our events, we cannot guarantee participation if you do not sign up before the attendance deadline. I will not list all of our events here, but please take a few minutes to go through our LIST OF EVENTS and sign up.

• 6/3: Home Meet vs Winchester
  • Attendance Deadline: Sunday, May 31st at 5p

• 7/12-7/15: 2026 Conference Meet (@Spindletop)
  • Attendance Deadline: Sunday, June 28th at 5p

• 6/25: Kings Island Team Trip
  • Attendance Deadline: Sunday, June 14th at 5p
  • This is for our Meet Ready Gators ages 6 & Over. Meet Ready Gators under the age of 6 can attend if a parent chaperone comes as well. There will be some sort of cost associated with this event (both kids and parent chaperones) to cover transportation, food, and park tickets. We will let you know what that amount is as soon as we know.
