Hello Families,

I hope everyone is doing well. As we get ready for the upcoming week, here are some things you should know.

Meet @ Mt. Sterling (6/17)

The Swim Meet and the Dive Meet will take place in different locations. Swim will take place in Mt. Sterling, while Dive will take place in Winchester beforehand. Addresses and directions can be found HERE. Info for Wednesday is as follows.

• Dive (at College Park Pool WCCPR in Winchester)
  • Schedule
    • Arrive - 2:00p
    • Warm Up - 2:15p
    • Meet Starts - 2:45p
  • Parking
    • There is street parking available, as well as a tiny lot on the left side of the building. Parking is limited, so be prepared for that.
  • Entering the Facility
    • When looking at the front of the College Park building, please walk around the left side of the building and go all the way to the back side of the building. There will be a set of doors on that back corner of the building. That is the designated entrance for our meet.
• Swim (at MSMC Parks & Rec in Mt. Sterling)
  • Schedule
    • Arrive - 4:45p
    • Warm Up - 5:00p
    • Meet Starts - 5:30p
  • Volunteers
    • CLICK HERE to sign up as a Volunteer.
    • Mt. Sterling does not officially switch volunteers, but they take a tiny break after backstroke to accommodate teams that do. Let's try to make our transition quick so we can continue the meet without a long break.
  • Parking
    • There should be plenty of parking at the facility itself. If for some reason parking fills up, the Clay Community Center (to the left of the facility) and McNabb Middle School (to the right of the facility) are both available to park at.
  • Food & Drink
    • There will be a standard concession stand, as well as a couple of food trucks. Cash or Card is accepted. The facility and trucks will not be selling adult beverages. Unofficially, we've been told you are allowed to bring coolers with snacks/drinks and no one will be searching them *wink*. Please do not bring glass bottles.
  • Seating
    • There are some chairs and canopies in our team area. However, we are encouraged to bring more chairs/blankets for seating and tents for shade.

Kings Island Team Trip (6/25)

Sign ups for this trip have closed. If you missed the sign up and your kid(s) would like to go, or if you want to sign up as a chaperone, please text or email Coach Trent ASAP so we can try and add you to the list of attendees. We will be sending out a Google Form for food orders this week. Please keep an eye out for that email.

Upcoming Events & Attendance Deadlines

Events to sign up for this week are as follows.

• 6/24: Home Meet vs Greenbrier
  • This is our last home meet, against a competitive team, and we will be celebrating our seniors. Let's have a big showing here.
  • Attendance Deadline is Sunday, June 21st at 5p.

• 7/12-7/15: 2026 Conference Meet (@Spindletop)
  • This is what we work the entire season for! It takes ALL OF US. Hoping for a huge turnout here.
