I hope everyone is doing well. As we head into the homestretch of our season, we wanted to share some things with everyone.

CONFERENCE SIGN UPS & ATTENDANCE (7/12-7/15)

The deadline to sign up for Conference is today at 5p. This is the meet our entire season builds up to. This is where all of your kids' hard work pays off. This is where we show everyone that Idle Hour is the premier team, and club, in Central Kentucky. We have the opportunity to do some special things this summer, and we need EVERYONE in attendance to do it. IT TAKES ALL OF US!!!

AWAY MEET @ LCC (7/1)

This is a big rivalry meet for our team! Let's have a big turnout here. The attendance deadline is today at 5p. Here are the details for Wednesday.

• CLICK HERE to sign up as a volunteer. We also do parent relays when we compete against LCC. If you'd like to participate, please sign up. We can help organize teams at the meet on Wednesday if you all have not grouped up yet.

  • Food/Drink will be available for purchase in our team area.
  • LCC does not take an official break after backstroke, but will have a small delay in between backstroke and butterfly so volunteers can switch. Let's try to make that a quick shift change please.

UPCOMING EVENTS & ATTENDANCE DEADLINES

Events to sign up for this week are as follows.

• 7/8: Away Meet @ Arlington
  • If all goes well against LCC this week, this meet could complete an undefeated season, potentially a first in our team's history! Also a great opportunity to get one final test run before conference! Let's have a great showing here!
  • Attendance Deadline is Sunday, July 5th at 5p.

• 7/11: Pasta Party/Spirit Night
  • A team dinner for our Conference Attendees. We'll have a meal with our teammates and get our kids excited for the Conference Meet!

• 7/16: Team Banquet
  • An evening to celebrate our team's season and your kids' accomplishments. All team members (including Mini Gators) and their families are invited to attend.
